Virtual Sick Visit
Our sick visit is designed to asses and manage non-emergency symptoms that can be safely treated virtually. This visit includes evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, with lab and/or imaging tests orders when needed. Patients leave with a clear understanding of their condition, a personalized care plan, and guidance on when to seek in-person or emergency care if symptoms persist or worsen.

Veterans disability evaluation
We are proud to support veterans through medical evaluations for disability-related claims. Our physician perform thorough clinical assessments, review relevant medical history, evaluate current symptoms, and document functional limitations that may be related to service-connected conditions. Final disability ratings and benefit decisions are determined by the VA.
