What services do you offer?

We provide self-pay telemedicine services for adults in Florida and Puerto Rico. Our services include:
• Annual check-ups and preventive care
• Management of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, cholesterol, etc.)
• Evaluation of non-emergent symptoms (cold, cough, sore throat, UTI, rash, etc.)
• Lab and diagnostic test orders
• Medication refills and referrals to specialists

What is the fee or cost per visit?

Each telemedicine visit costs $50 per visit.
Please note that we do not accept health insurance — MyTeleDoc is a self-pay practice.
However, patients may use their own insurance for laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging orders, and prescribed medications.
For patients without insurance, we also offer affordable lab options through Quest Diagnostics to complete necessary tests at a reasonable cost.

Do you prescribe or refill controlled medications?

No. MyTeleDoc does not prescribe or refill controlled substances.
